Course Description

This course will cover three distinct classes that contain information for those in the field of residential property
management and leasing. First an in-depth presentation of material on the Fair Housing Act, American with Disabilities
Act and similar Texas laws and their impact on residential leasing and property management. Also, the class will prepare
attendees on how to handle natural disasters and develop a plan to handle these emergencies. Finally, the course will
cover how to identify and handle personal safety risks while performing leasing and property management duties.
